We demand the highest calibre of experienced drivers. Proof of deliveries are always obtained and kept. Should you require immediate confirmation of your delivery this will be posted on the TRACE system for customer access or, if required, we can telephone it through at no additional cost. We are now able to offer a network of over 58 Collection and Delivery points throughout the Spanish mainland, the Balearic and Canary Islands. This can now provide a dedicated early morning parts support service for field engineers which gives a comprehensive range of storage, delivery, collection and exchange options that is totally unique in today's parts logistics environment.

Rico’s unique package of services can now be utilised to support a wide range of applications across a variety of business sectors like spare parts, warranty returns, technical swap-outs, and loan or shared equipment. Whatever it may be, RICO can collect and deliver ensuring that every package is tracked to its final destination and collection.
